  • Mayan Dance Show in Playa del Carmen Every night, just before sunset, local performers painted and garbed in traditional dress give a free show (they do appreciate tips) at the Parque Fundadores located right next to the ferry port to Cozumel. The beat of the drums gives you goosebumps, and as they dance, you feel entranced. They take breaks to give the watchers a chance to take photos with them, and it's an experience you don't want to miss!
