With stone walls, natural Mexican architecture, and handmade wood furnishings, these villas feature one queen bed and a second room with a bunk bed with 2 single beds. Ideal for families up to 4, entertain and dine on the covered deck separated by a glass wall that allows the outside in. Enjoy the luxurious bathroom with high-pressure rain showerheads.
Oceanfront Suite

Just steps from the sea, our oceanfront beach cabins feature handcrafted wooden furniture, custom wood flooring, and natural design elements. The bedroom has a king-sized bed with luxury linens facing the ocean. Enjoy a spa-like bathroom with a dual his-and-hers sink vanity, rain shower head, marble mosaic walls, and a wooden planked floor. Relax on your private deck and soak in the stunning views.
Oceanview Suite

Retreat to your one-bedroom cabin just steps from the azure sea. Equipped with handcrafted wooden furniture, a sofa, handmade wood flooring, and a centrally located king bed facing the ocean, these suites feature a private bathroom with a handcrafted wood sink and a rain shower head. Wake up to the beautiful sunrise and refreshing breeze of Tulum.
Partial Oceanview Double

The spacious and unique indoor/outdoor deck has a large sofa with enough room to seat 5 people. These suites feature 2 full beds - each with its own closet. The bedrooms have beautiful handmade wood floors and oversized windows to enjoy the radiant sunlight. The bathrooms are overly spacious and are equipped with a separate toilet room and a separate shower room with a changing area.
Garden Villa

Stay in these unique villas with partial ocean views. Set a bit further back on the property, they offer garden views from a covered deck separated by a large glass door, seamlessly blending the indoors with the outdoors. Sleep soundly in the king bed with crisp linens and enjoy the luxurious bathrooms featuring high-pressure rain shower heads for a spa-like experience.
Garden Apartments

Our smartly designed Alaya apartments are located on the 1st & 2nd floors of the main building. They are styled with a full kitchen and luxury spa-like bathroom featuring marble mosaic walls and wood-planked floors. With stone walls, natural Mexican architecture, and handmade wood furnishings, the apartments feature one king bed and banquette seating for in-room dining.
